Position: Client Acquisition Officer

Job Summary

Client Acquisition Officer supports the Head of Commercial in execution of strategic initiatives of the Company by acquiring clients in different business verticals and managing the relationship to ensure products uptake across Company’s digital channels.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute the company’s strategy in acquiring clients in different business verticals ( Banking/Financial services, FMCG , Government entities and Corporate enterprises)
  • Execute efficiently in order to surpass revenue budget for client products.
  • Manage new and existing Strategic Clients relationships
  • Optimize the channel by executing customer acquisition strategies, driving products adoption and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and nation- wide growth.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics, competition analysis and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
  • Achieving growth and hitting client Acquisition and B2B targets
  • Implement tactical plans that expands company’s B2B base, increase utilization and maintain strong presence.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members in the Business Development unit in meeting the unit goals and objectives
  • Preparing reports as required.

Key Deliverables

  • Acquiring of key strategic clients within business verticals ( Banking/Financial services, FMCG, Government entities and Corporate enterprises)
  • Meet and exceed client acquisition targets
  • Maintain excellent relationships with bank and non-bank Clients

Educational qualification and key skills

  • Minimum of B.Sc. from a reputable University
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in E-payment industry
  • Excellent understanding of B2B business models
  • Ability to drive value in each of the business models in terms of customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong interpersonal relationship built over time with key strategic clients
